Farid Cheaito is a licensed Professional Engineer in Michigan and a certified Project Management Professional (PMP) with over 36 years of experience in engineering project management and construction oversight. He has successfully managed large-scale commercial, industrial, infrastructure projects, and municipal engineering assignments across various international markets.
Throughout his career, Farid has led multidisciplinary engineering teams, coordinated complex construction operations, and delivered major infrastructure projects valued in the hundreds of millions of dollars. His expertise includes project lifecycle management, cost control, contract administration, stakeholder coordination, and regulatory compliance.

City Towers Development – Beirut
$250M mixed-use development featuring residential towers, commercial facilities, shopping mall components, and extensive infrastructure works covering approximately 200,000 square meters. This project required careful construction oversight and involved the coordination of multiple engineering disciplines and large contractor teams through effective engineering project management.
Automated Logistics Center – Saudi Arabia
The project involves the delivery of a 100,000 square meter fully automated logistics and warehouse facility, which includes steel structures, reinforced concrete utility buildings, road networks, and infrastructure works. This comprehensive initiative requires effective construction oversight and robust engineering project management to ensure the success of the infrastructure projects supporting industrial logistics operations.
Port Control Tower – Hamad Port, Qatar
Construction oversight for the 22-story port control tower within the New Hamad Port development program, which includes engineering project management for the coordination of structural works, building systems, and surrounding infrastructure projects.
Al Jassimiya Tower – Doha
The delivery of a 48-story commercial office tower, valued at approximately $140 million, involved meticulous construction oversight, including podium spaces and complex structural and architectural coordination, all under the umbrella of effective engineering project management for successful infrastructure projects.
Detroit Water & Sewerage Department
